The location of this hotel is fantastic - it is in a quiet and safe area in Jardins, right next to the shopping district. There are plenty of smaller shops in the city centre of this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the facilities provided were great.

The location of La Residence Paulista is perfect, just two blocks from the metro. The room size is great, with a separate living room and bedroom, perfect for taking meetings or getting work done. The breakfast is good and there are nearby restaurants and shopping options.

The whole experience was excellent. I liked the hotel, it's well priced, it has courteous staff and unbeatable location. Twin room was beautiful and bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great value for money and location, close to Avenida Paulista. Nice apartment with separate bedroom and living room. Brazilian breakfast with fresh fruit and hot dishes. Reliable Wi-Fi in the apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood, just a couple of streets away from Paulista Avenue. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. The room amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The outdoor swimming pool is an excellent spot to relax. The restaurant and bar area serve delicious food and drinks, and the fitness center is well equipped.
